Paver Sealing For Rhode Island Homes
Rhode Island paver sealing protects concrete pavers from the sun, stains and weather while bringing back the color they had when they were installed. In Rhode Island, where salt air, wet springs and freeze-thaw winters are part of life, a quality sealer helps pavers stay cleaner, tighter and better looking between maintenance visits.
We offer both wet look sealers, which deepen color with a satin sheen, and natural finish sealers, which protect with little visible change.
We are licensed and insured, so you can have your pavers sealed with confidence.

Our Paver Sealing Process
Inspect
We look at the pavers, joints, stains and any old sealer to plan the right approach.
Clean & Prep
Pavers are cleaned and allowed to dry so the sealer can bond properly.
Seal
Sealer is applied evenly in your chosen finish and left to cure.
Why Rhode Island Conditions Matter
Coastal Salt Air
With Narragansett Bay and miles of shoreline, much of Rhode Island lives with salty, damp air. Moisture and salt speed up algae, fading and joint breakdown on unprotected hardscapes.
Freeze-Thaw Cycles
Rhode Island winters swing above and below freezing. Water that soaks into joints and porous surfaces expands when it freezes, loosening sand, shifting pavers and opening cracks.
Pollen, Moss & Shade
Spring pollen, fall leaves and shaded yards feed moss, algae and tannin stains. Clean, sealed surfaces resist buildup and are much easier to keep clean.
Paver Sealing FAQ
Wet look or natural: which is better?
It is a matter of taste. Wet look deepens color with a sheen; natural keeps the original matte appearance. Both protect the surface.
Should pavers be sanded before sealing?
If joints are low or washed out, yes. Fresh polymeric sand before sealing gives the best result, which is why many homeowners choose our Wash, Sand & Seal.
